Laser Eye Surgery Costs

At Vista Eyes, your vision is never treated as routine. From your first consultation, we take the time to understand your eyes, your lifestyle and your long-term goals. Every recommendation is guided by experience, care and precision.

Your journey begins with a comprehensive, obligation-free assessment. We consider your age, occupation, eye health and specific vision concerns. This may include short-sightedness, long-sightedness, astigmatism or age-related changes. Based on these findings, we’ll advise on the most appropriate treatment options for you.

We believe in clarity from the beginning, including costs:

Procedure    One Eye   Two Eyes
Customised LASIK$ 3,350$ 6,700
PRK$ 3,350$ 6,700
READ$ 3,600$ 7,200

At the end of your consultation, you’ll have a full understanding of the treatment that has been recommended and why.

Please note: If a lens-based procedure is more suitable, this will be explained in detail.

Some private health insurers may contribute toward the cost of your procedure. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm your level of cover.

A Considered Investment in Your Vision

When weighing up the potential costs of laser eye surgery, it can be helpful to compare it with the ongoing expenses associated with glasses or contact lenses.

For example, many people who rely on daily contact lenses or regularly update their glasses may find that the cumulative cost over time adds up. Laser eye surgery is a one-time procedure, and for some people, this may be a more practical long-term option.

Of course, everyone’s needs, usage, and lifestyle are different. If you’re curious about whether laser eye surgery is right for you, we can guide you through your options during a personalised consultation.
